A few spoilers.
After I read it through, I thought the most fabulous part was where Poland said "show me your d**k!" after he spoke in a very dignified way for once xD It's supposed to be based on true history somehow (it's reference to Jogaila who was one of Kings of Poland, because before he got married with Jadwiga, he was believed to have huge one), Himaruya made it hilarious ^^;
And I find young!Su-san looks just like Prussia (ﾟдﾟ
Because he doesn't put on glasses there. Although Himaruya also mentioned in the book that Su-san has the same basic feature as Germany, then again, because of his hairstyle, he looks more like Prussia to me.

･Poland said to Liet "I think you can call me 'Porusuka(Polska)-sama' as much as you want, or I specially permit you to call me 'po'. What do you think about it?" (Maybe for these lines, my translation is not really perfect)
･For some reason, Jadwiga and other random polish guys don't speak the same way as Poland. They speak standard Japanese while a random Spanish guy speaks kansai dialect just like Spain does.
